My purpose is
to help people optimize their
well-being when they
experience cognitive or medical changes and need more care
Getting help can...
alleviate worry and vulnerability by creating a supportive team,
ease the "freeze" response that happens with overwhelming situations by realizing you're not alone,
relieve the confusion of unfamiliar problems and unknown solutions by gaining new information and choices.
result in confidence, control, and comfort.
You don't have to go through it alone

Let me introduce myself....
Since 2013, I have been helping families by providing oversight, advocacy, comfort, meaningful life experiences and support in times of crisis. In 2017, I completed one of Teepa Snow's Positive Approach(R) dementia care certification programs, which gives me tools to help with many age-related conditions.
I have experience with dementia, Parkinson's disease, cancer, anxiety and depression, as well as other chronic diseases.
I help people navigate hospital and rehab stays, doctor appointments and procedures, hiring in-home caregivers, and finding the right living arrangements.
I help with advocacy and oversight when family members are far away.
I work with families and individuals who want to have things put in place before a medical crisis occurs.
I help people navigate decisions around palliative, hospice, and end of life care.
I stay current on brain health research, local assisted living facilities, and best practices for caregiving.
And here's what clients are saying....
"your help is priceless"
"I can't imagine going through this without your help"
"I love knowing you're there"
"I could NOT have sorted out all of these options without you"
"Please know that you are so very appreciated in our house!"
"It helped me to know that I could count on you...and that you supported me"
"Thanks a zillion, so glad to have your help"
"Your calm demeanor made me feel less anxious, and your efficient handling of my appointment was reassuring."
